 Dialog Axiata PLC is a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad in Malaysia, operates as Sri Lanka’s largest and fastest-growing mobile and fixed telecommunication provider. On the other hand, Dialog is also one of the largest listed companies on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) in terms of market capitalization. Sri Lanka’s largest Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) with a financing total USD 2.5Bn. Customer base:  
Dialog Axiata PLC serves both B2C customers and the B2B customer base. B2C customer base includes the local community and the foreign travelers while B2B is covering business organizations, Self-employees, Government profit and nonprofit organizations.

Retail Customers: As Sri Lanka’s biggest telecommunication provider, it is having the largest retail customer base of 14.9Mn (HLR). During 2019 Dialog has recorded 0.6% MoM growth & 8.0% YoY growth on HLR customer base.

Business and Financial Review: The financial year 2019 was marked by many challenges that included Easter Sunday terrorist attack, subpar economic growth, and intense competition. Dialog Group continued to consolidate its market leadership position as Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider whilst delivering strong financial performance across all key performance indicators. The group delivered a consolidated revenue of Rs. 116.8Bn for FY 2019, a growth of 7% Year-on-Year (“YoY”), on the back of strong performance across all key business segments.
